Tree care is not just about cutting branches. It is about protecting people, property, and crews every step of the way. At Evergreen Outdoor, safety is built into everything we do from the moment crews arrive at the yard to the final cleanup on site.

Morning Crew Check In Our day starts with preparation. Crews arrive early, clock in, and meet for a safety huddle. The job list is reviewed, roles are confirmed, and hazards are discussed before anyone leaves the yard.

PPE Inspection Before the trucks roll, each crew member checks their personal protective equipment. Helmets, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, chainsaw chaps, and steel toe boots are all part of the standard. Missing equipment means no work until it is replaced.

Job Site Communication Once on site, crews review emergency plans and establish communication methods from hand signals to comms so everyone stays connected.

Standard Operating Procedures Every task follows a clear SOP. Whether pruning with a pole saw or removing a large tree by climbing and rigging, step by step processes ensure consistency, efficiency, and most importantly, safety!

Final Sign Off No job begins until the Crew Lead confirms that all safety checks are complete. This accountability protects both our team and our clients. When you hire Evergreen Outdoor, you can feel confident knowing safety is the first step, not the last. Our crews are trained, prepared, and committed to doing the job the right way every time.
